Aardwolf

Hello to all of my wonderful followers....My blog would not be the success that it is without your love and support. Sorry I have not gotten back to my fans and their letters. I have just started to peruse them all and I promise to get back to all of you in due time...

Now for the moment we have all been waiting for. So I was thinking and pondering about what special animal I wanted to blog about first. I immediately thought of the Aardwolf. This animal is so underappreacited, spell check believes it is a misspelling for the word Aardvark. This is in itself rude and simply ignorant.

These precious animals are native to Eastern and Southern Africa. If you have not been able to encounter these animals first hand, I would strongly advise you to visit Africa specifically to witness the sight of the Aardwolf. This animal is so special that it is even the only surviving species of the subfamily Protelinae. For all of you that hate bugs, this is the pet for you. This unusual animal is a mass killer-of insects. It feeds mainly on termites and can eat more than 200,000 in a single night, using its long, sticky tongue to collect them.

This animal is also perfect for those in college. While the Aardwolf is shy, it is nocturnal, sleeping in underground burrows by day. Essentially, this animal was created for the night life and with a few drinks its true personality is ready to emerge. They also achieve sexual maturity after a mere two years!

Unfortunately, Aardwolves are hunted for its precious furs. This just goes to show how underapprecaited these animals are. However, they were appreciated when the ancient Greeks existed and actually would kill those who even thought of attacking one of these creatures. Unfortunately, this view is no longer held, but I think it is necessary to return to this way of thinking.

I hope after reading the above, the Aardwolf will no longer remain underapprecaited and in fact will be respected for all that it is.

This blog has been brought to you by respected scholar Michael J. DeFelice

This was such an inspirational post. I am appalled to such a lack of appreciation for the Aardwolf. The selfish human beings who choose to hunt these beautiful creatures should be reprimanded for their terrible actions. Thank you for bringing to light such an important issue. I cannot wait to see which underappreciated animal will be written about next.

I am personally appalled. As your one and only follower I am seriously questioning your morals. What kind of sick fuck would give alcohol to an aardwolf? or any non-human mammal for that matter? you have 1 blog to make up for this heinous crime against the near extinct animal.

otherwise I found this entry very informative and enjoyable. thank you for not wasting my time telling me whether you like aardwolves or not.

This blog was very very informative! I had no idea such a magnificent creature lurked! I think that it is quite a shame that the spell check doesnt even ackowledge its existance! I say we envoke a class action law suit against the company responsible for such descrimatory actions!
